Hi, I'm Ali and I have lived on our small family farm in rural Herefordshire all my life and flowers have always been an interest of mine, but over the past few years I have developed a real passion for gardening. Something I never thought I would hear myself say in my 20s or 30s!

My Story

For over two decades, I've been working at a local soil nutrition company, Cobb Agri Ltd, but after years of hard work, I decided to follow my passion and go flower growing full-time.

Our farm is based in St Devereux, and we specialise in all the cottage garden favourites. From beautiful tulips to stunning snapdragons, I am passionate about bringing our customers the finest flowers, with everything started from seed in my greenhouse.

I have even expanded the growing area this year to accommodate more dahlias, one of my absolute favourite flowers, but then I say that a lot about all my flowers!

I am also a proud member of Flowers from the Farm, an organisation championing artisan flower growers in the United Kingdom.

The day S4C came to visit....

I was thrilled to be approached last year by S4C asking if they could film a piece from the Cutting Garden for their popular gardening programme Garddio A Mwy.

RHS Florist & TV presenter Sioned Edwards wandered around the garden gathering flowers to make this striking arrangement.
